Before Your Appointment
Skincare products and medications
If you are using “actives” skincare products such as Retinoids or Glycolic Acid, please discontinue use for at least a week before your consultation and before any appointments.
If you are taking a medication for skin conditions, please consult your doctor before your consultation.
We need to see your hair to treat it
It is critical to the process of Electrolysis to be able to see your hair and its direction and shape of growth. Before your consultation and all appointments thereafter, please grow your hair out to around to around 5mm-10mm, which is around 1/4 inch.
Please note
We suggest you plan to arrive a few minutes early for your appointments to avoid losing time. Clients are scheduled back to back with just a few minutes between. Your session begins at your scheduled appointment time.
Clients showing a pattern of cancelations may be charged a cancelation fee for late notice cancelations.

SRS Electrolysis is located in the Bankers Hill Medical Center building at 2333 First Ave, Suite 101, San Diego, CA 92101
There is a parking lot available for free to clients. Please note that it can only be accessed by passing through the garage from the front off the building. If the lot is full, street parking is generally plentiful and either free or inexpensive metered parking. Disabled parking spaces can be found in the parking garage.
To access our suite from the free lot, please walk back through the parking garage to the front of the building and you will find our office through the black gate in Suite 101.
